New Years Eve is the busiest day of the year at Pelican Seafood. It is more convenient for us to deliver your meal to you. You will save time driving to our location, waiting for parking and waiting in line to receive your order. Dinners to Go are delivered for a Flat Fee of $5 per delivery location (within a 20km radius). Whether you order 1 dinner or 10 your delivery cost is $5 for your order.
If your delivery address is outside the Pelican delivery zone, please email us at info@pelicanseafood.ca and we will make arrangements for you to pick up at Pelican Seafood.
Customers will receive an email from our delivery Trexity when your delivery is picked up by a driver. The email will include a link to track the progress of your delivery.

Yes, put the recipient’s name and address in the shipping address and we will do the rest.

Due to the perishable nature of the meal, the single date of the event and the challenges of shipping and processing lobster we cannot offer any refunds or credits for the NYE Lobster Dinner to go after December 25th. We have committed to the Lobster fishermen and ask for your commitment too.

Please note dinners that are not picked up on December 31st will be past their best before date when we reopen on January 2nd. They will be disposed of and will not be refunded.

Keep your dinner refrigerated until you are ready to prepare it.

Due to the large volume of the Lobster Dinner To Go orders, they are treated as stand alone products and cannot have items added. We encourage you to order other items from the store but they will require a separate transaction and may arrive in a separate delivery. We will refund you for the second delivery fee.
Yes, the instructions are included in your box and they are also on our website.
The cost of Lobster, many ingredients and packaging have risen 20% to 28% this year. These price increases are reflected in the cost of the dinner this year.
The dinner is purchased online at pelicanseafood.ca If you need help ordering, you are welcome to drop by the Seafood Market and we can assist you with an online purchase.
Due to the large number of orders that we prepare we need to be very accurate to avoid disappointing you and your guests. When you fill in your order information there are less opportunities for mistakes.
New Year’s dinners to go may only be purchased online and Gift cards and e-Gift cards are unable to be used for online purchases.
The dinners are individually packaged in robust, sealed boxes for travel and can safely remain outdoors for up to 2 hours. If you anticipate being unavailable at the time of delivery, we recommend leaving a cooler for us to place your order in.
Unfortunately we cannot offer substitutions to the dinner.
The Coquille St. Jacques contains gluten. The other items are Gluten free.
