- 1 ¼lb Steamed and Cracked Lobster with Herbed Garlic Butter and Lemon
- Spanish inspired Vegetable Rice Pilaf
- Chocolate Espresso Pot De Crème
Pelican Shrimp Cocktail
We prepare our fresh Shrimp Cocktail everyday. We carefully season and steam our shrimp to provide you the freshest shrimp flavour and we pack them with our Champagne cocktail sauce and lemon. Try our mid century modern inspired plating by hanging them off a Martini glass.
Coquille St. Jacques
Our Coquille St. Jacques is a delicious appetizer to enjoy before the lobster main dish. Our recipe includes bay scallops, Pelican smoked salmon & potatoes in a classic white sauce with a touch of smoked Gouda cheese.
Preparation (from frozen).:
Important: Leave the oven on at 350 degrees for the potatoes and vegetables (see below).
While you enjoy your appetizers let the oven do the work of getting the potatoes and vegetables ready for the main event.
Spanish scented Rice Pilaf with Roasted Vegetables:
Your freshly steamed and chilled 1 1/4 lb lobsters were prepared by the friendly Pelican Seafood fishmongers. Maybe it’s the frigid Atlantic water or perhaps because we are ready for a treat now that the snow is flying, we feel this is the best lobster of the year.
- Reheat your garlic butter in a saucepan on the stove at medium heat for 5 minutes or until it melts (microwave also works just transfer the butter to a microwave safe dish)
Would you like your Lobster hot?
- Put a few inches of water in a large pot.
***Be careful not to overheat your lobster or it may become tough***
