How to cook it

Ready to eat, no cooking needed. Take it out of the fridge 10 minutes before serving, for the best flavour. Lay it on bagels with cream cheese, capers and red onion, or on blinis with crème fraîche and dill. Fold it into scrambled eggs at the very end.
