Sasanian Russian Osetra Caviar is a 100% pure breed of Russian Sturgeon (Acipenser Gueldenstaedtii, lat.) that is now being farmed and processed with total oversight over quality, hygiene, and sustainability using genuine, traditional Caspian Processing Methods. The clear water source used during processing makes this Caviar unique. The ice-cold underground springs produce a very clean tasting Caviar, in comparison to a normal farm raised Sturgeon. Processed with fine sea salt and the highest quality Russian Sturgeon Roe, our Russian Osetra results in a clean and fresh taste that provides a hint of the sea and a delightful velvety smooth finish that is superior to all.
