Keeping it

Keep them frozen until you need them. Once thawed, eat them within 2 days.

Thawing

Thaw overnight in the fridge, or in a colander under cold running water for a few minutes. Drain them and pat them dry.

How to cook it

Already cooked and ready to eat: don’t cook them again or they’ll turn rubbery. Use them in salads, sandwiches, on toast with mayonnaise and lemon, or stir them into a warm dish at the very end.
