Previously frozen, so don’t refreeze them. Keep them in the fridge and cook them within a day.

How to cook it

Peel them or leave the shell on, whichever you prefer. Sear in a hot oiled pan or on the grill for about 2 minutes a side, until pink and just firm. A loose C shape means they’re done; a tight O means they’re overcooked.
