Our best-selling frozen tuna: AA-grade tuna already cut into bite-size cubes, so poke night is mostly mixing. Thaw the sealed bag overnight in the fridge, or in cold water for about 30 minutes, then pat dry. Build a poke bowl with our sushi rice, soy sauce, sesame oil and wakame, or sear the cubes in a hot pan for 30 seconds a side. Processed with filtered wood smoke to keep its colour. Product of Vietnam, fishing area FAO 71. Keep frozen at −18 °C or below. Health Canada advises people who are pregnant, adults 60 and over, children 5 and under, and anyone with a weakened immune system not to eat raw fish.
